To use: Take 2-3 DROPPERS no later than 30 minutes before bedtime, repeat up to four times as needed. May take either neat under the tongue or diluted in small amount of fluid (water, tea or juice).
This blend is made with a 3:1:1 herb-ACV-glycerin ratio and will come in a reusable glass dropper bottle with an eco friendly, recyclable label.
